Your classes, support and inspiration are really starting to annoy me. ALL of my pants are too big!!!! ;-). Now I have to go shopping. Thanks for all that you do!

I had my second baby 9 months before and had success losing some of the weight. I was feeling okay but had hit a plateau and was definitely not in my "skinny jeans". The Fit4Females Biggest Loser challenge helped me get back on track. I am a competitive and determined person and I set a goal early that I wanted to win...not just lose weight but win.
Over the 6 weeks, I lost 23.2 lbs, 12.12% of my body weight, my waist became the size my thighs use to be and I went from a size 12-14 to a size 8-10, my skinny jeans are now too big and I can hold a plank for over a minute on my toes. I can say for sure that I am now in the best shape of my life.
I won first prize which included the cash pot and a 250 dollar gift certificate to Fit4Females. But to be honest, the prize wasn't even the best part...the best part was the support I received during the competition. The ladies in Trina's classes are amazing and they were coming up to me in every class congratulating me on my progress and cheering me on. They were working out hard and pushing me to do the same.
I want to express a sincere thank you to all you fabulous Fit4Females ladies. If you are considering joining the challenge or signing up for Trina's class...do it! Do it now! I didn't know anyone before joining my first class and Trina fosters a supportive and inclusive group of ladies.

I first joined Trina's classes after I had a baby. I had gained close to 80 lbs and I was suffering from a mild case of post partum depression. I was urged to get out and find something to do for myself. I came across Trina and Fit4Females. I joined her evening Boot Camp classes and was hooked after the first class. Once those sessions were done I joined her Stroller Classes as well as the night Boot Camp classes. No two classes were ever the same. When Trina started talking about a 5k run that she was looking for team mates for, I signed up. Never before had I run a 5k. Just 6 weeks after that conversation I was running the 5k. With her constant encouragement, nutrition tips, and everything else in between I went back to work 80 lbs lighter and in a size smaller than I was before I had my baby. Now, eight months after returning to work, I'm still taking her classes and I've kept the weight off and even lost a bit more. I've never had more energy or felt this good about myself. And I may even "like" running. But just a little bit. Thanks Trina for all that you do!! You're the best at it :-)

After losing most of my lazy lifestyle and excess food weight on my own, I decided to try Trina's Cardio Booty Camp to see how much I could challenge my body further. I joined Fit4Females in June 2010 and after a year of classes, I have brought my weight loss to 40lbs and dropped to a size 8 from a size 16. I have noticed great changes in myself, mentally and physically over the past year. One of the most important changes has been in my job. I work with special needs children and lift a 40lb wheelchair bound student several times per day. I am so much stronger during those lifts and I'm not as tired by the end of the day. I love being able to give even more of me to the kids. It is truly the icing on the cake.

Trina, I wanted to tell you how much I've enjoyed your classes and how much I'm looking forward to our next session.
